This ten-week intensive course is designed for those ready to elevate their sewing skills and create perfectly tailored shirts. Whether you're crafting for yourself, loved ones, or future clients, this class will guide you through every step of the shirt-making process, from understanding fit and fabric selection to mastering finishing techniques. We have a variety of button down shirt patterns (Archer from Grainline, Harrison from Cashmerette and more) for sale at our studio and fit samples sewn in every size for more accurate fitting.

Shirt making fabric such as cotton poplin, linen, or chambray. The amount needed will vary depending on the size and style you are making but generally 2-3m is enough.
Snaps and snap setting tools are provided for shirt closures but if you prefer to use buttons, you will need to refer to your pattern for sizing and number needed.
We recommend purchasing materials at our studio 15 minutes before your class starts to ensure you have everything you need.
