Great when you want the coverage of a sleeve but the comfort of a sleeveless dress. Cap sleeves draw attention to the shoulders, while the waistband highlights the waist. Feel free to pull the sleeves down for an off-the-shoulder, nighttime look. 

View A is a classic A-line Skirt and View B a full gathered skirt. Both Views have pockets.

    Sew-All Polyester Thread

    1 1/4 yards of fusible interfacing

    One 22" invisible zipper.

    Fabric requirements:

    View A: Light to medium weight woven fabrics such as linen, wool blends, cotton sateen.

    View B: Lightweight woven fabrics such as cotton voile, swiss dot, rayon challis, or silk dupioni. Allow extra fabric to match plaids or stripes.
