  • Cotton/Linen Canvas is a stable, non-slippery fabric with minimal fraying and lots of structure that is perfect for beginners to learn to cut and sew with. This type of fabric is ideal for all our simple beginner tutorials. This fabric will shrink 2-3% when washed so it is recommended to pre-wash in hot water if you intend to use it for making garments. You will not need to pre-wash for bags or pillows.

  • This is fabric is OEKO-TEX certified. Cotton and linen are also biodegradable, a process which returns carbon to the soil and enriches it, and they do not produce micro-plastics during their lifecycle.
