    Sew-All Polyester Thread 1¼ yards (1.2m) of ¾" (2cm) wide plushback elastic.

    Optional One pair of purchased foam bra cups.

    Fabric requirements:

    Main Fabric Two-way stretch knits with at least 50% stretch, such as nylon spandex. For shelf bra, use power net.
